Adding a Remote Contact List
Touch , the Add Remote Contact List icon, to add a contact list from a file saved in USB memory. A
contact list is necessary to host remote whiteboard sharing.
1. Create a contact list and save the list to the root directory of USB memory.
• The list file must be a comma-separated data that consists of two or more columns per line (or
one or more comma per line).
• A double quotation (") is treated as one character.
• The file is saved under the name "iwb_contact_address.csv".
• Data must be entered in lowercase and in a format "nickname,IP address".
(Example: Room-A,111.222.111.222)
• If a line contains three or more columns, the third and subsequent columns are ignored.
2. Insert the USB memory device containing the contact list to a USB port on one side of the
display.
Insert only one USB memory device.
3. Touch
, the Add Remote Contact List icon.
4. Touch [Import].
The contact list is imported. If the file name is invalid or the format is incorrect, the import will fail.
• To remove the USB memory device, first touch , the Remove USB Memory icon.
Configuring SMTP Server Settings
Touch , the SMTP Server Settings icon, to display a screen for configuring SMTP server settings. These
settings are necessary to send saved pages or log by e-mail.
Enter the SMTP server information to configure your SMTP server.
